Giyu is 3rd, There is a graph made my the creator of demon slayer and Iguro was 4th, Giyu was 3rd. Compare their fights, Iguro fought Nakime and he even said her blood demon was just annoying and not deadly. Giyu fought Akaza who is still a hard opponent even with Tanjiro there. Giyu was the first to encounter Muzan, lost an arm and he probably lost tons of blood, he was the only hashira awake to fight against Demon king Tanjiro and Iguro was already dead by the time Tanjiro turned into a demon. The only major injury he had was a scar on his face, losing an arm is still worse. Not saying he's weak, I'm not biased, I will be if Iguro keeps getting ranked 3rd.
