2.5 hr drive. Ahh, "poppin' to the shops" time periods as we call it. I emigrated to the UK when I was 9 but most my family is still spread out across Canada and last time I visited one of my uncles in Kelowna, BC, it was about an hour 40 to his 'local' store. Us non-metropolitan living Canucks learn young that you don't forget the milk when you go for groceries.
Glad you enjoyed the small part of the country you saw. Taking the train coast to coast is something I think everyone should do once in their life. You will see nature and create memories that you never imagined possible & don't ever leave you. I still remember taking that journey both ways every summer growing up and it created the wanderlust that remains in me( and means I've ticked off 76 countries so far in my life)
I’m a wife/mother/lawyer and I live in Maryland, USA. I just have to say that I absolutely love the two of you. Many days I’ll play one of your videos in the morning as I’m settling down in my office and you make me smile the whole time and laugh aloud at least once. I love seeing the ships and ports (Disney is my favorite) you experience as I long for my next cruise. Your delight in each other and in life is so inspiring and fun. @Annescott4142. I grew up in DC. I live in Texas now and sometimes (never winter) I sort of miss MD DC and VA. The coastline certainly.
Me too❤ I'm going through chemo which can easily make me feel depressed. I watch these two and immediately feel better. Yesterday my doctor asked about my mental health. I told her, Oh, I've got Ben and David. I'm totally fine. 😂
I bet they don't even know how much their happiness has affected our lives.

Thank you for giving our province so much love. So many people underestimate New Brunswick as I destination even Canadian and we actually actually known fro being just a drive-thru province because so many people simply drive through without stopping. It warms my heart to see people enjoying what New Brunswick has to offer.

Loved your video especially Ben talking about his aversion to seafood. I spent my Honeymoon in Nova Scotia, where I enjoyed the freshest Haddock 😋 and my husband, a decendent of Maine fishermen, avoided fish and kept looking for anything without fins. 😆
Ben’s descriptions of food always makes me laugh out loud. We did the Chef’s Table on the Golden Princess eleven years ago. Hope to do it again sometime soon.

My hubby and I live in Alberta where it can get really cold, but we enjoy our hot tub all the way down to -30 C! So you guys are in good company!

I love this video! We stayed in New Brunswick when I was a teen. I grew up in New Hampshire and it was a nice trip to drive. We visited Canada a few times. Always beautiful. I really like Montreal too. Lots of countryside.

Ack, I am so happy you visited our lovely province of New Brunswick. I live in Saint John, NB, originally from Northern Ireland and I truly think Saint John, and NB is truly a beautiful place to explore! Come visit all the lovely spots in the oldest incorporated city in Canada. We have truly the best coffee/tea shops such as Catapult Coffee & Studio, amazing markets like the Saint John City Market and of course nature trails, beaches, and the most beautiful brownstones and victorian architecture! People are friendly, and we have amazing restaurants to enjoy after a day on the beach or a nature trail! Have a fun" dy and we hope you will visit again!

I'm glad you had a chance to see the Rocks at Hopewell Cape. Sorry that you spent so little time in Saint John. Maybe on your next visit - which you seem determined to make - you'll see Reversing Falls, Martello Tower, Fort Howe lookoff and maybe a bit of Rockwood Park.
I haven't been back to Saint John for a couple of years, and your video showed me stuff in the city I'd not seen before, like the container village. Keep up the good work!
We loved Saint John when we sailed on Voyager in October. Stopped in a couple cool breweries. Visited the shop in the shipping container place that sold ahem “medicinal” items. Friendliest people ever. We love the Canadian bears too 😉
HUbby and I did chef's table on carnival and it was amazing. Can't imagine how great a higher end one would be!

Wow. You guys were so close to me when you visited. I going to the Rocks In Alma is such a nice place. Love the scenery. Cape Enrage is near and has amazing views from way above on the cliff looking out onto the water. There is a lighthouse and zip line too. So I happy that you visited and enjoyed our area.
We also love hot tubs in the cold, we were the only ones in them cruising round the Baltic on sky last year. The chef's table is such an awesome experience and you definitely don't get left hungry. Loved your video ☺️
