- Today's episode is a throwback that i filmed in 2020. It details the struggles that i deal with having narcissistic personality disorder. How being a covert narcissist has affected my life and how it affects my life daily now. How sometimes I struggle with depression and my own self worth.
This was one of my first vids that i go into detail about the "Healthier High" that helping people can give a narcissist.

This video has helped me sooooooo much, thankyou. I've only just started coming out of the mindset that I'm evil after my diagnosis 6 months ago. My new therapist said to me "just because you have npd doesn't make you a bad person". It really struck a chord and since then I've been working on believing that and working on the good qualities. I loved the vlog videos also it was nice to see what your doing day to day. Brilliant content!!!
As he said... you are in control of you. If you allow yourself to abuse or control people, you're a bad person. It is evil. (Many of us only learned about narcissism after having suffered them)
You get to decide what kind of person you are. :)

That's the problem though- most narcs are NOT in control of themselves. They are too busy trying to control everyone and everything around them, while they give themselves a pass on their outrageous behavior. They have no self-awareness; Lee is the exception, not the rule.

Love this! As a person who loves a person with NPD - I know they are good as people. A question I want to ask: do you think all narcs have the love language as 'gift giving'? My narc shows love this way and I feel guilty that I didn't see that until now

If you ask me, I think that EVERYONE has a touch of some sort of personality disorder or mental illness. Some have figured it out on their own, some have gotten help and some are blinded by their BS. It's the WOKE folks that make it in life
