Sometimes when “plan A” doesn’t work and you make a little less than you planned, you can forget about how much you’ve LEARNT and the VALUE in that. Value doesn’t always come in the form of money 💰

Hey! That sounds to me like you’ve spent some money in your education too! So the land came with outline planning. To get full planning we had to appease the planning department by starting demolition on site, which we did accordingly. This would have significantly bumped up the price. We likely got a little lucky with the sale too. The person that bought it was an architect/builder and they lived almost next door! So they were happier to spend a little more for the whole convenience of it all. But like they say, you make your own luck and we had to work hard for this outcome!

Glad you liked it! Yes we got full planning quite quickly and managed to sell it separately to the house sale.
