generational trauma and what ifs (take a shot each time I say "it's wild)

As it happens any time I sit down to record a song, I start talking and find it hard to stop. This time I felt like I needed to get some things off my chest that have been on my mind lately. Trying to find a way to let it go, to clear my head and view things from a different angle.
I don't even remember what song I wanted to record at this point :D

Oh, thank you. I try my best to be open and aware. But I'm not always as I'd like to be.
I did feel like I saw a shadow behind the window 😅 but who knows
