Also because he never explained how he gains clients, if he had to fight for his clients, he would have spoken about his efforts in marketing. He also stated that his clients are also young, saying that they’re famous or something. Yeah, every client is a famous RUclipsr?? He also walked into an office with several people and he’s got a decent office but it’s by no means an executive office, the leads me to believe he works for an agency where commissions are much less because the leads are handed to you. He also drives a 3 or 5 series BMW, surely not the car for someone as “showy” as this young man, if he made around 6-7 grand a day he would surely having something to elevate his stature where he lives, much like that day trader who had 3 supercars. No doubt the kid is doing well, no doubt he’s probably a good salesman, but he’s had some help, and he’s exaggerating his earnings. One 6k commission doesn’t make you rich, and those commissions don’t happen every day
Totally agree, my BS sensor was off the chart. The name dropping of famous people is a red flag. Also his car was a 528i which in that body style is roughly a $16k for a clean version. His steering wheel was very beat up, so I'd assume it's high mileage, which is more like a $9k car.
@@JordanPayneLV he works for an agency, the agency gives you the clients. And if you do find a buyer on your own that's a plus. He has 30K followers on Ig, not typical of a realtor, so he might actually be a popular go to for these young clients in California

The kid is in his early 20’s and is doing better than most people in this comment section 😂 let’s follow up in 20 years. If he’s doing it then, he could be running Cali
I don't mean to be judgmental, but the pool cleaner seems so much happier , he's doing his job with motivation and he's doing it to help his wife and make her happy which makes him happy ,and he seems to be close to his family , the state agent has it all but as he said it's a boring job and does not have any motivation (besides making a lot of money) to do it ... he didn't talk about a wife , a gf nor a family or friends... I really hope he'd try something else ,something he is passionate about or finds someone to give him motivation ...i mean i just want him to be happy idk why ... I love your videos btw
I’m not really sure about the guy that says that he is making $7000 dollars per day while he drivers a car that costs less than that. Usually real estate agents get good cars so they can look better in front of the clients
CarTrash he has a valid point. Most firms require their partners to drive and dress expensively to make a good impression on clients. I didn’t expect you to know that though with your minimum wage job at McDonald’s
Ya'll have to realize that saying the dude can make $7K in day is totally different than saying he makes $7k PER DAY. There will be days when he won't even make half of that or days when he could make more than that
Tycoon Troy what? So if he works 5 days a week the real estate guy would be making almost 2 mil a year. You’re crazy if you think he makes anywhere near that.
@@TheCarGarZar you're crazy if you think he can't make 2 mil in a year. Just look at how much Graham is making, he could be making around that too. But it's not dividing his yearly salary. The amount of 7000 was what he earned in the day this vid was recorded. It's not his yearly or monthly salary divided. That was just the amount he made on THAT day
Thomas it is in a day because the 7000 is a average, some days he could make less or more, and this only one day in their life, we don't know what they will earn in the next few days.
You guys are making it seem like there are two very different incomes from the lowest to the highest, but the average yearly income per household is 50 grand, and Ronnie makes 80,000, so he's already doing much better than the average person alone, but if you add his wife, they're doing very very well for themselves.
I respect both of them because they're both on the grind and they love what they do. I hope the pool cleaner can start his own pool cleaning business, hire more people, and eventually get to a point where he can spend less time working and spend more time with his family and at the UFC Gym and turn his active income into passive.
He's working by himself at his pace, no nagging by a boss or supervisor all day. He's set out at a reasonable pace with the goal in mind to get the job done. I mean, I wouldn't mind doing it. It makes more money than my current job. But im sure the cost of living is completely different compared to Cali and my state.
Earns $7000 in a day, drives $3000 BMW. I'm willing to bet he does not earn even close to that much every month and just had a good day. Real estate in that area has to be incredibly competitive. I say keep on grinding though, everyone has to start somewhere.
TwistTheWrist You’re so stupid idiots like you will never have the mindset of a smart person just cause he makes twice his cars price in a day that doesn’t mean he has to buy a damn ferrari
see this is why people dont get rich, just because you have money doesn't mean you should spend it. self control and values. His father designs boats and he eans a lot of money. But if he spent all his money on a 50k car to look rich then he wouldnt have any money. although it may be a cool goal to work hard and save up for something, you dont have too. Spending even 30% of your income on a car means you have much less. Money doesnt mean flashiness. In other cases you get these people who spend 30% of their money on a car, meaning they have much less to invest. It's not about wealth, its about money management
If you want to be poor, live in LA. Theres a reason the rich go there, to get away from poor people. But the kids run there thinking they will get rich. Perfect setup.

@@Azuritron I dont know how this ist in other countries, but here in germany you'll have to go to College and study "Immobilienwirtschaft" in order to get possible customers into thinking you're well educated. Otherwise they might be sceptical in handing you over their real estate.
luap Tadur US is getting away from degrees. Realizing regurgitating information doesn’t prove knowledge and even having that education doesn’t correlate to intelligence. So employers require related work experience or certificates. You still typically get a small raise for a degree but nothing really worth it.
Exactly my thoughts. Nobody can get rich at the age of 25 without parents help. Even if you start a business or have a great idea, you need investors. I am quite sure 7k guy got his job due to his father connections.
his work ethic is definitely not from his dad, he did that himself. He manages to take care of his clients as agent. It's not easy to get connections for people to buy or sell property, rich parents or not. He saw the advantage he had with having a rich dad and he took it compared of other kids who had rich parents who became lazy scumbags.
I’m an agent, this was a red flag to me as well. Also the fact that he solely did it to brag about is *potential* income to the camera. The guy is a fake
making money =/= smart because he didn't calculate it in his head? What kind of asinine logic is that? Mentally calculating it in your head also =/= smart. If you have the tools to do something quickly and effectively, and you choose not to use them, then you're dumb.
Ronnie is way cooler, has a hot wife, life plans and is mentally balanced. Chase is stressed, driving a dirty dub and whining about when he was a yacht designer. Who would you rather be?
Pay more attention to Chase. You can obviously see Ronnie has a threshold of stress beneath him while Chase is more oblique towards complexities. Just by witnessing his speech, he can obviously and easily adapt and comply with issues while Ronnie has to make an excess of change. Chase had the profession advantage.
James Ronnie works hard. Chase works smart. I’d rather be chase. Seems like most people here are just jealous of the wealthy man, similar to the other video on this subject.
I wish this dude didn't have to think that his job isn't good enough bc he "doesn't get paid as much as $7000 a day". He seems happy IDK why he feels pressured to "seek another job" like animation if he's happy

Earns $7000 in a day, drives $3000 BMW. I'm willing to bet he does not earn even close to that much every month and just had a good day. Real estate in that area has to be incredibly competitive. I say keep on grinding though, everyone has to start somewhere.
Not everyone is dumbass who blws all their money on stupid cars to impress people they don't like. That's what broke/dumb people do.
