What makes SSBU great is that even characters considered "bad" can still win in the hands of a good player 🎮
I mean the only two characters I have in Elite Smash are Mii Swordfighter and Zelda. And no, it was not because I farmed someone for GSP, I’m actually pretty good with them

Sheik: Literally cannot kill anyone at 190 with conventional means.
Piranha Plant: Can kill at 60 with max rage.
Sheik = bottom tier
Piranha Plant = high tier

Shiek legitimately can’t kill lmao. I played friendlies against my friend as ganon. He played shiek, and I three stocked him and lived up to 205% 😭
Cause shiek has more tools interact in every situation in all MU, just lacks the kill.

@@andresugalde916 Basically the combo game of Joker (better combo game than Joker tbh), just without the arsene kill power, so kills rely on really difficult drag-downs, some obscure kill confirms, the rare whiff, or edgeguards

I find this video to be poetic justice for the characters in Smash Ultimate. It’s not who you play as, it’s how you play as them. Next thing you know, a Pichu main might be able to take someone’s stock without inflicting self damage.

The tier list is a lie. Some characters just need a different person to make them godly.
Objectively wrong, there are bad characters and good characters.
Tier lists are based on average matchups between two players of the same skill level

Love to see the Mii Swordfighter love, suprised they put him that low, with how much stuff that character has.
The Mii Fighters in general have a lot to offer. Funny faces, meme costumes and most importantly, a versatile set of special moves. Just give the Mii a face you’ll enjoy, apply the moves you’re most comfortable playing with and give them an outfit/headgear setup you’ll enjoy and boom, you’ve got yourself some top tier Mii Fighter action.
Sure, there are some unfair characters in there (Steve and Fox especially), but that’s just the other half of the fight. Just stay patient and recognize opportunities to wipe them out and you’ll soon make you way to the top!
For kirbys case, it has potential but you got put in more work compared to other characterss

Remember. Is not what the characters have. It's what you can do with them that matters. Skill player with a low tier can win over an unskilled player with a high tier.
Even though objectively speaking there are good characters and bad characters.
Theres a reason ganondorf, Donkey Kong, and Kirby players dont win majors.

I feel its unjust to call a character bad or good. Its more of how simple or difficult it can be to learn a character. Like how almost all of the low tier characters shown in this were almost ingenious in how expertly they were played in the right hands.

Crazy how two out of the three Kirby characters have been bottom 10 for nearly the past decade. Even though he can kick some ass, Kirby needs a rework or something other than kicking moves or else even Meta Knight will join them at all the bottom.
