    A group of us learnt from this video and meet up every Saturday & Sunday in Chapel Allerton Park in Leeds & been doing since lockdown - now >3 years from 5 of us to now up to 11 participants

      Hi, yes it is a qigong specially designed to enhance energy flow and improve muscle tone as well as heighten mental power. movements are based on figures drawn on a 2000-year old brocade. the exercise was found to be very effective and beneficial. hope this help
