Saw you on Zealand’s channel. Admittedly, it’s how I discovered most of the FM creators that I follow. You, sir, are who I go to to explain why my wingers can’t do wall passes for example. Binging this content.
It would be interesting to get your take on Evidence Based Football Managers testing. He found that normal rest is more effective than recovery. The most effective training schedule for 1 game week is basically consisting of 2 general physical, 2 match practice & 3 general attacking if I remember correctly. Yet I see you and many other youtubers using "crazy" schedules with a ton of different sessions?
8:34 Hi Daljit, in other leagues (such as the Italian Serie C), league matches are played on Sundays rather than Saturdays. And when matches are played on Sundays, unfortunately, it’s not possible to set the Recovery training session for the following day, Monday. It can only be added in the 'Calendar' panel, not in the 'Schedules' panel. I believe this is a bug that has never been fixed.
let assistant take every training, put training intensity automatic and put everything nopitch or gym work except full fitnes players do normal or half intensity. when you dont have games you can go double intensity at that time. When you have lot of games change it half. Thats only training guide you need about the training.
I'm guessing the crossing improvement is better in the attacking unit as the defensive unit would be defending them in the sessions rather than practicing them?
Mister, one doubt. What's your thoughts about changing the Endurance session every week for a General > Physical session? My players are always complaining they want more Quickness training. And i'ts not because they're demanding, but I was wondering what's your reasoning for using just Endurance and not the other physical sessions.
First team players are always playing on match day. They are the only ones I individually set to Rest for one day. The rest are training after matchday.
If general training resting sessions don't take players off of individual training the "Rest" tab will take automatically into account the condition of the players. I'm still puzzled by those mechanics, Position/Role/Duty training is sooo confusing.
Sir,, if i may ask. i'm having troubles managing crystal Palace here 😂, what kind of tactic/formation would help me to finish the season in a comfort zone? Fyi, in december we were 20th without even Have 10 points😂, thank you.
None. Because it’s not efficient to train keepers. There are just too few. It’s better to bring in someone at the age of 27 as a backup and rotate him in. For staff you can only send them for coaching courses.
Does the Players Potential ability get affected from training them in a new position, so they do not develop as much on their attributes but instead use the potential to train a new position? :)
Wait, you train players in a position that they're not playing in the game, if that role has the focus on attributes you want to improve? 🤯 I always match it with what role they are playing in my tactics for the familiarity. Not so important?
You can train a player for the role he is performing in the tactic or for a role you think he needs the attributes for. The game has been that way for 20 years.
Youth development is completley broken in fm 23 and fm 24. it's a shame that they destroyed the most important part of FM, one of the rare things that was good in previous editions...
No it's not, I've developed dozens of players on 24 across multiple saves and multiple seasons. And often got higher % attribute growth than he said in the video
so basically trainings are useless except for player development. I thought fm is a very realistic game. No wonder why my players don't execute the patterns of plays I try to create
Patterns of play come from your choice of roles and duties and team instructions. Training improves the attributes of players. It’s been that way since training was a feature in the game and the developers have said as much. If you want your side to be a gegen pressing side then you will favour sessions that work on those attributes.
I've always wondered why this guy hasn't blown up yet considered how consistent he's been as a FM content creator youtuber.
Why would he blow up? That’s really concerning and I hope he stays safe..

My Favorite FM creator 🥰
Thank you kindly
Thank you, as always Daljit!
the best fm guru

Hey, great video. Do you have a schedule for 2 matches in a week? I'm using Weds and Sats on my options!
It's on the description of the schedules, just saw now... its so good to read :P haha thanks
great video mate....i have a question dou you have schedules for semi pros ?
Not really needed. The default ones are fine cos you rarely keep the same players after 2seasons
Great video once again!
What about match tactics and match review after the match played?
Aretn't those two training programs important?
Can do that if you have a lot of new players and it’s the first 3 months. Once tactical fam is reached u can and should drop it
@@BusttheNet thanks for your reply!
Great video, have you perhaps shared how ypu extract data?
Another great video.
1. Can you use these with youth player's?
2. How can i get the custom view for squad with the training in?
Cheers
What about preseason? Do you still use your old bootcamp schedule?
U can if u want. I am just picking from the default schedules for preseason and using the heavy ones only

Where is this accent from. Love it
Singapore
Hi daljit do u use the extreme training for your youth teams aswell
Daljit. Any plans to re-work your book in line with FM24?
I feel like most players with good personalities max out development before 22 on my team
What rest do you set for these training schedules?
First team players are always playing on match day. They are the only ones I individually set to Rest for one day. The rest are training after matchday.
Great video! I really enjoyed this one. I was wondering if these training schedules applied to youth training as well?
If general training resting sessions don't take players off of individual training the "Rest" tab will take automatically into account the condition of the players. I'm still puzzled by those mechanics, Position/Role/Duty training is sooo confusing.

I would play a 442 the one I used with Everton in my Crafting a 442 series.
With regard to the young 5 star potential players this year, can you overplay them or is anything over 12 ok?
How do you move the full backs to the attacking unit in training?
In the trainingscreen there is the tab 'units' there you can move players between units.
in the units tab under training, you need to drag the shirt icons of the players to move them to the different unit you want. Hope this helps
drag them by their names to the different unit
What process do you use for goalkeepers and staff please
None. Because it’s not efficient to train keepers. There are just too few. It’s better to bring in someone at the age of 27 as a backup and rotate him in. For staff you can only send them for coaching courses.
What about match review? If the players who participated in the game are rested, they will not be in the match review the next day.
I hardly use match review anymore
Does the Players Potential ability get affected from training them in a new position, so they do not develop as much on their attributes but instead use the potential to train a new position? :)
The CA was affected by learning a new position in the past. so I assume that that would still apply.
I'm only able to add a week schedule at a time.. am I missing something? It would be nice to be able to do 4 weeks in advance.
Thats all the games allows. There is a copy/paste option too
Does the video still apply to now?
Don’t think FM 25 is out

What's broken?
The training rest is on default or is on double intensitive on green heart?
Double intensity for the last option on the right
so basically trainings are useless except for player development. I thought fm is a very realistic game. No wonder why my players don't execute the patterns of plays I try to create
