Thank you. Just replaced a used e36 97 M3 steering with clock spring onto an e36 98 M3. It seems the M3 clock spring wiring is different than non-M3. There is only one wire that connects to the airbag. Once the steering is removed, there is also only one single wire behind the clock spring that connects to the wire under the steering column. Your Video help make this job very easy. 🙏
I coulda swore it was a t27,also u should mention when the turning of the screws will be OPPOSITE the way u ate facing. If one goes "lefty loosey" while facing the wheel since the screws come in from the back it would be "right" from where ur facing. TONS of stripped out screws because of this
Tujuan sy pribadi untuk mencabut kabel aki sebelum proses adalah untuk menghindari hal2 yg tidak diinginkan. Misal ada short listrik yg berpotensi untuk membuat error komponen itu sendiri atau yg lain
@motoren_work mau tanya , apkh melepas kabel negatif accu tdk menyebabkan ecu menjadi error... Selama ini sy kawatir, smp2 ganti accu baru ,,, saya catu tegangan dgn accu yg lain...agar tegangan tdk terputus... Mohon konfirmasinya
I appreciate you making the video, However, it is really hard to believe you were able to loosen the main bolt holding the wheel on with that dinky wrench, and the wheel just "popped" off by applying about the same amount of pressure as a 6 year old girl. The E36 is a 25 year old car, not happening.
Om, mau tanya. Kemarin setelah bongkar stir kemudi sya. Tapi lupa accu belum saya lepas, setelah saya pasang kembali . Di instrumen panel speedo lampu airbag saya nyala. Nah ini saya cek ulang. Dan test pakai multitester untuk soket yang ke airbag itu short (kabel warna merah dan putih) . Apa mmng short atau seharusnya ada nilai resistannya. Misal ada berapa ohm ya yang untuk soket mengarah ke airbag (warna merah dan putih) tersebut. Mohon bantuannya om.. Soalnya kabel spiral saya cek aman tidak ada yang putus 🙏🏻
Untuk nilai resistansi di kabel tersebut, sy gak paham jg om. Coba di scan dulu om, siapa tau bisa direset. Kalau dari pengalaman sy waktu dapat e36 ini, indikator airbag nyala terus. Baru bisa normal kembali setelah mengganti slip ring, meskipun kalau dilihat sekilas slip ring sebelumnya terlihat normal tidak ada yg putus.
Klakson ada di sebelah belakang bawah head light kiri. Agak tersembunyi, kalo pengen lihat lebih jelas, lepas dulu head lightnya Terkadang, relay mengeluarkan suara "click" belum tentu berfungsi normal om, coba disubstitusi dg relay hijau sebelahnya "rear defogger". Kalo masih belum bunyi, coba cek ke klaksonnya Sebelum klakson gak bunyi, omnya ngelepas setir?
