I found it useless to my Nokia 6.1 cz I tried to remove SAFE MODE several times but it's still on.

My device has stuck in safe mode..I have restarted my device several times but it still in safe mode. I have also done the factory reset but still in safe mode. My device is same shown in the video

How do I get to safe mode when my screen is unresponsive? Customer service is useless and insists I do it this way, WHEN MY PROBLEM IS THE SCREEN WONT WORK. UGH Nokia... never again
