To anyone watching this... don't get ridiculed by a blatant attempt to compare a leading NEW IIM's placement positioning against roles that are offered in BLACKI'S. Kindly search about these jargons if you haven't already. These RUclips "Tell you the reality today" gurus won't let you know that. IIM Udaipur is a new IIM. After new there are some baby ones too. The profiles offered in every category or tier aren't the same and are not expected to be the same in the world outside of RUclips. Hope you got a clearer picture.

Is it worth joining MBA (Telecom) at DMS, IIT Delhi over general MBA at IIM Udaipur??? Is there any difference between MBA (Telecom) vs MBA at DMS IIT Delhi???
2023 placement report is much better compare to 2022. Firms ranging of Kearney, Flipkart have added in the list and many good fin roles have been added. Also stretegy arms of big4 doesn't recruit seperately. IIMU is having same roles as blacki from big 4 except Deloitte (monitor) it's just less in numbers

If XIMB salary is inflated which is 19.05 lpa median then how much we can expect it to be will it be less than 16.5 is it that inflated? After all the deduction and tax how much in hand salary can a median salary candidate expect?
This year the avg & median are 20.3 & 19.1x iirc, according to their social media. Also, McKinsey & Co. was there, likely not for frontend but on linkedin some guys found students with same profile roles as main IIMs but I can't drop someone's linkedin here randomly!

About BA just learn python, SQL, Excel and basic projects you can get a BA role nd remember BA and Data Science both are different so for BA-Python, Sql, Excel and couple of projects will be good
Placements wise iift and tag also iift delhi tag is much superior than iim u and anyway learning ba you can join finance consulting or product management

with automation coming in, manager roles won;t be increasing. also batch size of blacki nmims sibm keeps on increasing, so it will take a lot of time for new iim to attract top roles.
I would say,automation is something that won't really replace managers.

@@qq-es3vv Well the thing is I absolutely hate my job,I dislike the kind of work I have to do. Software development has never been my forte,and I feel Product Management (or just management in general is something I'm really good at). I am good at the business side of things,not the technology. That's why even when I have good side project ideas, I can't scale it up due to lack of my funds to hire a top notch dev.
Well if AI does replace everything, I just hope it gives us an UBI so that I can go and build businesses.

@@theiimguy Thank you for the response. I talked to one 2nd year student from IIM Vizag. The day we talked he said he chose iim v over ximb and he does not regret and said all the good and bad things about iim v, however the next day out of the blue said that placement reports of ximb are better, choose ximb. I am shocked and more confused why he said that all of a sudden and seemed so contradictory. Kindly help.
