1: Separate the seeds from the pulp. 2: lay seeds on baking sheet and season liberally with course salt 3: Bake in oven at 350F -400F or 180C to 200C Unit crispy or light golden brown. 4: Enjoy

When carving a pumpkin, I use blue tracing paper to trace out my design onto the outer 'skin' of the pumpkin. It helps a lot....just a tip.
