The onions are automatically orientated using a sophisticated unique vision system. After the automatic orientation, our new designed notching system will notch the onions from the root to the tail to loosen the skin from the onions. With our unique top & tail system we core the onions instead of cutting, which can save up to 15% yield. If required the flat knife cutting can still be integrated.
