- Ride along on my first trip to Cone Park, the new mountain bike park in Sioux City, Iowa. Cone Park has excellent trails, a fantastic paved section with jumps and a pump track, a conveyer belt lift, and some pretty great facilities.
Cone park is awesome and great for the community!
my dude, I live in SC and I had no idea we had this nice of a bike park. thank you for your service

Thank you for showing all these trails!! I have added so many to my list from watching your channel, been to Mandan and Tranquility so far since moving to the area :D
@@amandam1969 sick! Glad to help!
Nice video man... We're headed there next week.
@@mmichaelsen69 awesome! I want to take my son up there soon. Have fun!
Sounds like an EBike and DJ are the right combo. I'll have to check out the dirt trails, have only done the paved portions so far.
You're going to miss out on the fun of the lift! 😆
cuul place 👍🏼….last clip was priceless😄
Nice bonus clip! 🤘
@@omahamtb6580 my least favorite clip of the day, but it might as well be enjoyed 😆
I wish they had a trial like this in le mars
@@Apeattacksurvivor I wish they had ice cream at Cone Park. Oh wait, they do! And beer! 🍦🍺 😆
Dope!!!!
Would love to ride with yall, only trail i truly know is Walnut Creek.
How much for the lift pass? Is there admission to the park?
My boys and I live 1:40hr away, but I can't wait!!
@@diehljesse riding the park is free. A lift pass is $7.
Lincoln needs a pump track and dirt jump progression trails!
I live in Lincoln and I would donate my time and my back to the cause. I'm a contractor so I have plenty of tools and know how to help build wood features.
Connect with your local trail peeps. Lincoln definitely needs way more mtb trail/features. In and around Omaha is teeming with great trails (not to rub it in). We were talking how Cone Park is darn near the same as a trip to Lincoln, which we'll go quite often for something of this quality.
Sweet rides! How tall are you man?
@@ChrisMiranda-zm1rw Thanks! 6’5”
@@TallGuyTrails oh wow, I'm 6'3.5 and just ordered an s6 😅 how'd that work for ya?
@@ChrisMiranda-zm1rw I actually ride an S5 and it works out great, though I've thought about trying an S6 next time around. My gravel bike is an XXL, but my BMC race bike is just and XL. Sort of on the cusp, but then so are you probably.
@@TallGuyTrails yeah that's pretty crazy man. I tried an s5 and felt a bit cramped myself so I'm honestly shocked your riding one lol I'm sure you're arm length is larger then mine.
@@ChrisMiranda-zm1rw feels good to me, but I've been on it for 4+ years already... used to it, guess I'll find out when I buy a new bike some day haha
I honestly wasn’t impressed with this place. Just seemed like the woods trails didn’t flow at all and the paved sections were fun but it’s so flat you can only ride a dj or bmx on it
@@obisoash1363 i know what you mean, but I bet they get the wooded lines dialed in over time. I liked the paved stuff overall, but yeah, hitting the last feature on each line wasn’t happening on my full sus.
"flat" -welcome to Iowa, nice to meet you.
