Hello, I just spent 5 hours on a Lexus with the same code C2126 after a local tyre shop replaced sensors. The issue was Toyota/Lexus system accepts ANY TPMS Sensor ID Code, but if it's not the RIGH TPMS Sensor you will be left with this fault code. My problem was worse as JDM Lexus uses 315MHz Sensors and the rest of the world uses 433MHz but they still worked (with light on). Getting the correct Sensors (I used Autel Universal ones) that are correct for the vehicle fixed the issue. Took a long time and had to re-configure the Autel sensors (With an Autel TPMS tool) to get the right ones as I had no original info to go off.

When you programmed the new tpms sensor you gotta program it to the 315mhz you probably programmed it to 433mhz which would be the wrong one 315mhz is the correct one
Re-teach ID'S and if still fail the receiving module or the antenna for the receiving module is bad. Make sure the id for each tire sensor is correct or it will not sync and you will always get C2126
jorge the antenna and module is not the same? i'm having the same code but already relearn all 4 sensor and i checked the IDs but still having the code c2126
@juanoliveira6399 where does it say it's the same? That code is for a missing signal and if module tests ok the you need to look at module receiver antenna and if that's ok you have one or more sensors in the wheels that is not compatible with your system, and if all checks out erase codes deflate tires with ignition on to about 20psi wait 5 minutes then inflate again if low tire pressure goes away you good, if not retest your system. An aftermarket tire pressure sensor, even if its programmed in, could set that code.

Relearn the sensors then you need to drive the car ,make sure the tpms sensors are original and battery ok,then if it's not going away problem with tpms module.

I was having same code on Toyota Corolla 2015 model c2126
