Great topic! For me, the most difficult part is to do exactly what our strategy is telling us to do. I try to solve this problem by no longer listening to analysts or any news. Just my set up. Just like a forward test.
Great tip list for anyone to follow no matter how long they have been trading. Over time (many years and thousands of trades), most of these trading stress issues will go away. Too many focus on the last trade, not realizing it is meaningless in the bigger picture.

We used to have that. But people kept selling their services, and not following the rules. So we disabled it.

There are many prop firms that manage to regulate spam and non-compliance, can't you do the same? the fact that you do not have access for your traders to communicate with each other makes you a very suspicious company
