    Recipe:
    Dry Ginger - 50gm
    Cinnamon - 5gm
    Cloves - 3gm
    Peppercorn -4gm
    Cardamom - 5gm
    Nutmeg -4gm
    Grind dry ginger alone and other ingredients altogether.
    Mix well and keep in an airtight container.
    When making masala tea, use 1 gm masala tea powder for 3 cups of tea.
    Method to make masala tea:
    Boil 2 cups water with 1gm tea masala powder for 3 minutes.
    Once the water absorbs the masala tea fragrance, add one tablespoon of tea powder and two teaspoon of sugar.
    Let it stew for another couple of minutes.
    Add one cup of milk and boil again for three more minutes.
    Switch off the flame, cover the tea with a lid and let it rest for 3 more minutes.
    Strain and add more sugar if needed.
    Pour into cups and enjoy your fragrant masala tea!
