Perhaps great at poor diplomacy skills which has allowed for an "agreement" with Iran which is about an effective as that silly piece of paper Neville Chamberlain waved about so many years ago? Perhaps great at relaxing standards here at home so we suffered our first terrorist attack (marathon) since 9/11 and a disastrous hack from China that stole personal information of over 20 million Americans?
