I have always wanted to do this by seeing this to my wedding dress because im having a night wedding. What is your advice for sewing it underneath my wedding dress

You can test the lights you plan to use and see if the material is thin enough for your lights. Fiber Optic fabric is still VERY expensive and is only usable in one direction, so I prefer using LEDs under fabric rather than the expense of Fiber Optic fabric.
