This band also has one (same one that became Carol of the Bells, but in different arrangement and music, tho lyrics are similar, as it is folk song). So for 13-14th of January - you can check Ukrainian Щедрівки from any author there. While from ВВ you can take their most famous "Весна" (it is pretty unique song, and 25 years old). Also, "Весна" always reminds me Korean song from their band "Witches" nanmed "here she is!!!" - quite the experience (especially videoclip).

And that is when kids are going around and singing Щедрівки, and older people wearing costumes (like during Haloween) of different saints and gods and singing around, and people to whom they came are giving them money and sweets (with older people they can be invited to holiday table to drink few shots of alcohol and eat some food). It is still pretty big tradition in villages and especially in more Western parts of Ukraine - as there Russian ban and prosecutions on Ukrainian culture during USSR/RE was not as strong. I mean - check those not for channel, but just for yourself - to understand better why lyrics are such and how traditions are going. This song is so catchy, and what's funny to me is that after a few units of even Duolingo Ukrainian I recognized a lot of the vocabulary (animal names, words like 'parasolka').
