However, in Ukrainian mythology there is an evil creature that can break the circle's magic. This is Viy. He has such a creepy look that Viy's eyes always close heavy eyelids. Therefore, devils and witches must lift his eyelids to open his eyes. If a person looks at Viy in response, the drawn circle will lose its protection.
It's such a classic. It was 1997 when this video came out. I was still a child and it seemed to me that these guys had escaped from a lunatic asylum and were hiding in an old mill. Those pink tight-fitting suits - I thought that's how crazy people dress.
