This mentally comforted me, all the videos i see about ib are full on regrets, im the type of person who rlly finds school work interesting but those other videos are ppl saying just dont go to ib, your childhood will be wasted and youll live in a stressful teenage year and other scary stuff..im starting ib in grade 11 but im going to grade 10 where all the actual tough work starts so with my luck😩
Ive been here since her early study vlogs so i feel so proud 😭😭 GURLIE HAS BEEN WORKING HARD SO MUCH AND SHE EARNED IT!! After being with you on your study journey, I feel like I’m graduating with you KCNDKDK
A big congrats to you! I have been one of your subscribers that continuously watch your videos when needed! You work super, duper hard to be where you are today, especially being in the IB program. That is very challenging and you still ended up graduating which is very impressive!
u earned every bit of this and worked so hard on and off camera for sure! this video is so well executed oh my gosh! congratulations Clarisse on everything you achieved and hopefully will achieve in the near future! again, congrats:)
So happy for you, congratulations! I relate with everything you said about you and your program but the weird thing is that I’m not an IB student but a BAC student (like a French IB lol). Your program sounds cooler tho lmao. Loved the video!🤍
Thank you so much for this Clarisse honestly it was very helpful and reassuring. As a pre-IB students I've been having doubts but I'm positive I want to go ahead now !
you’ve got this !! my experience taught me a lot and although there were struggles, that’s part of everyone’s academic journey. i wish you the best of luck
watching this video was apparently all i needed to be motivated. i used to love studying and learning when i was younger and i always had good grades but then i got to high school and my grades completely dropped. i put in the same effort if not more but it still wasn't enough. then i lost hope and just put in the bare minimum since "de toute façon j'aurais de mauvaises notes". i'm almost done with my second year of high school but i hope it's not too late for me.
hi ramona, I totally get how it might feel discouraging and deceiving to work hard and not see results in return. I hope you remember that you should try your best for yourself and not for the grades that you get (easier said than done I know 😉) at the end of the day, if you are proud of what you handed in, even if your grade doesn’t reflect your efforts, at least you can know that you are determined and hardworking which is a much more valuable skill than getting good grades (which are sometimes so subjective) anyway, I hope you find your love for studying again and I’m very thankful for your support 🤍💫 xx
these words mean so much to me clarisse, thank you so much! even though i still don't have the best grades or don't always understand the material, i can kind of feel my love for studying coming back. you're totally the reason why i'm even trying so really thank you🥰😁
Girl, i had a dream last night that i was watching your videos and you had 100k, let me tell me, my dream always come true, so be ready for 100k very soon ☺️😏
She said she never mixed with other people from ib schools but look at us. A whole community of ib students on her channel. Big congrats to u and bless the big amazing adventurous life in front of u❤️😊
For personal project in MYP, find something you enjoy and you will manage it great. I found it extremely easy because it was something I enjoyed and could talk about so I got all 8's in each criteria Great vid :)
I saw your last video and was about to ask you about your graduation. Congratulations. I Love watching your videos so much And all the best in your next adventure
thank you ☺️ tbh i don't have much of a skincare routine but if i ever have one i'll definitely make a video about it. right now i just use whatever products i have and i always put on sunscreen 😗
I gotta say my generation of year 12s this year had the worst luck lol. The ministry of health allowed our school to open for us to take the final exams and be seated less than one meter apart in a multipurpose room but despite the great size of it we were only allowed to occupy half and keep our masks on through the entire exam. Then the literal next week our prom, graduation dinner and graduation ceremony were all cancelled due to "increased risk of COVID spreading" as we our lives weren't just endangered for the past week, and we had to settle for an online graduation. Well at least I survived with a 37 :) Good luck to the future generations and I truly hope your experience wasn't as crappy as mine
i’m really sorry to hear that 😕 you guys deserve so much more than just an online graduation and i hope that you will be able to celebrate in the future when restrictions are lifted
I feel kind of confused. In my country it is the Diploma Programme that you finish the high school with and the MYP is what you do before you enter the DP. And we finish highschool at the age of 18/19 and not 16. How is that all possible?
it's because of the school system here in quebec which is different from the rest of canada/other countries. high school which is also called secondary school here starts when you're 11-12 years old so you graduate when you're 16-17. after that there is cegep (aka college) and that's when you would typically do the DP i guess🤷♀️
i mean it's up to you, mine was fun but felt very strange and almost not real (probably because of the pandemic) 🤷♀️ but graduating is definitely something worth celebrating whether it be with your school or on your own terms with your friends and family
@@clarisseintheclouds yeah I know, for a long time I thought about doing the DP program but after hearing about all the workload, struggle from my friends. I immediately gave up💀 But thanks to the system in my current school I’ve become a total nerd anyway😅
I got 42/45. Good luck to everybody with their studies
Dude 50% of the people got above 40 and sorry to destroy your misconceptions.
