Kazana style is for warm-up at best 😂😂 that part was actually the truth. In front of Mishima style, I don't think Kazama style is that good. Couldn't play the game with Kazama style without losing multiple times (heihachi was my main)
They should've gone for the lovable anti-hero for Heihachi. I really wanted to see him in the good light. Wanting to do everything to save the world, even killing his family to save the world from the Devil -- but feeling pain from the inside. Some subtlety and it would've worked wonders.
I always found it a shame that Heihachi was a straight-up villain. With a little more nuance, he would've been a compelling anti-hero. But it's hard to feel bad for him when he gets killed by someone just as evil and ruthless as he is, no matter how sympathetic Tekken 7 tried to make him seem.
I always found heihachi to be one of the more anti-villain type characters that over age he calmed his ways and focused it into finding ultimate power so that none could challenge him he just didn’t expect his son to be on the same path all while trying to kill heihachi as well and then the cycle constantly repeated itself with each new Mishima discovered

Jun teaches a gently Kazama style while Heihachi teaches a fierce Mishima style

And at the end of T8, Jin uses both as he finally accepts his Kazama and Mishima heritage.
Somehow, this half-crazed Japanese old man was x10 harder than Ogre in Tekken 3
He’s that hard in any games since his first appearance
I lost against Heihachi the first time many times in Tekken 3 to the point that I laughed about how easy was Ogre.
