I'm intrested in cyber security, what certifications should I be getting ? Is the comptia A+ / Google cyber security certificate still worth getting ? What are the key things that would increase my chances of landing a job
If you have a good relationship with your manager, I would start by letting them know you are looking. They can point you to other teams/managers that are hiring and might be a good fit. If that's not the case, I would look at open roles in your company, figure out who the hiring manager for those roles are and reach out to them directly to schedule an informational about the role to learn more about it, share your backgrounds and your interests
