How do you open that command app after the shut down? I’ve tried every combination and doing exactly what you do in the video but it doesnt work update: i got it to reset using the commands you use for a samsung phone with no home button, which is: hold both volume buttons and the power button, then you get a startup screen, after this press the volume button and power button and release quick, this will give you the option to go on recovery mode, use the same navigation method as in this video, use the volume buttons to scroll and the power button to enter.
I gets struck in no command menu, how do I go to the selection menu to reset it. Password not working, need to do a factory reset. Any help please
