Ting tang tong is hard AF. Especially when turns into a jet and back: jumps off building, *ting tang tong*, accelerates into the skyline. So fuckin cool. I cant imagine seeing these movies when I was a kid I would have gone ape shit! Lol

The studio have a room that creates the sound effects. Those sounds don't happen in nature, so they create clips by banging metal together and other stuff.
Jayson Oro unfortunately I doubt it. They've completely redesigned him. He's back to the form of a cybertronian jet, but his character redesign reduces the chances of the "ting-tong-ting" return.
I saw the new Nitro reveal trailer for Transformers the Last Knight and I heard the "ting tong ting" sound during Megatron's transformation. I'm glad that transformation sound is back.
Reused the original Transformation sound only for one Megatron's transformation near the end of the film......at least his cannon still made the same sounds)
I appreciate how, with the exceptions being his Galvatron and desert versions, his transformations are always a 1 2 3 and he's good to go. I also love the sound of his transformations. And I can appreciate that, even when he's in the form of some vehicle, it's never modeled from human designs, further showing his hatred for humanity.
I love that despite being incredibly complex in design, his transformation is one of the simplest and quickest. It’s makes his body is perfect for being an efficient warrior; unlike Optimus he doesn’t need 10 seconds or more to fully transform.
My thoughts in believe : Megatron is the only decepticon to have 4 or 5 different transformations. 1 his own jet style, his own tank style, flying jet tank, some mad max like style truck, and a stealth jet which idk what kind of jet is TLK one is based on

I heard rumors that Bay despised 4, disappointed in how the transformers themselves turned out. Apparently (KEEP IN MIND RUMOR ONLY, COULD BE ENTIRELY FALSE) the effects budget was shortened greatly to see what they could get away with, resulting in the effects team having to cheapen the transformations by contriving a reason for the human made Transformers to transform the way they do and even using trick shots, trick placements and trick animations to hide the regular transformations of the real transformers. (Notice how most of the regular transformations are obscured in some way, even obscuring themselves somehow)
It would be perfect if they accounted for distance, echo, Doppler effect etc so it's more realistic and doesn't sound exactly the same everytime, still cool though.

For whenever I hear Welker’s voice in “films 4 & 5” and no doubt the yet to be released “Film 6”, all that I can do is do a deep voice imitation in the process of saying “Alas I do so regret to say your voice is too soft, Old Man.”. For Hugo Weaving As Lord Megatron Also Called Lord Galvatron was and still is none other else than “The Sir Ian McKellen As Lord Magneto To The Transformers Film Franchise’s 20th Century Fox Inc & Marvel X-Men Film Franchise”, as Weaving and McKellen, who played villains in those franchises, played as the heroes Elrond and Gandalf in ““The Lord Of The Rings: The Motion Picture Trilogy” “&” “The Hobbit: The One Three-Parter Motion Picture””. In those films they co-starred with Christopher Lee - who besides the villain Count Dooku in the Star Wars Franchise Prequel Films, played as Saruman. I’ll be the first to say it, I liked the galvatron transformation and the sound design, and really the change works, because though galvatron is megatron, he’s truly not the same, so therefore he cannt have the same, design, transformation, or even the same transformation sound.
It looks like megatron retained some of its jet flying ability after being resurrected in transformers 2. Does that make him a triple changer line bliztwing of the original transformers cartoons circa 1985?
