After two years, how are these leds holding up? Is there a difference with light output compared to when new?

I never was a fan of all in one unit without a fan. Always go with a fan.
But it seems this particular, with tons and tons of metal fins that’s made for dissipating the heat really good.
And it’s got the lowest wattage it makes. So with 2000 lumens and produce 20W, it’s not that bad.
