20:20 - it would make sense that when you remove the room you also return the point you got for it. Otherwise it sounds like an "exploit" :)
Played this over the weekend and we kept forgetting to take a customer before getting a die too. :)

How difficult is it to remember to get that new client!

Difficult, because this game has so many moving parts that it makes you forget at least one of them each turn.

This game seems very fiddly and not very straight forward at all. Lorenzo il Magnifico seems a lot more straight forward with more interesting decisions. I have GAH and luckily haven't opened it yet. I may sell my copy.
