    You go girl! You were sore AF the day after, I'm sure. Only way to results is being consistent so just keep at it ✊

    I've been doing Intermittent Fasting & work out in the mornings during my fasted state. I will have coffee in the morning, but without sugar. This & working out consistently & tracking calories, I lost 40 pounds in 6 months. I highly recommend the book Fast Like a Girl by Dr Mindy Pelz. You are doing amazing.

      might check out that book, im still in the struggle bus. im doing intermittent fasting now and counting calories with more moderate workouts, not as intensely as i was during this video. you're so sweet thank you, and congrats on your success so far thats amazing!!
