Learn How to B-Twist on the Trampoline and Then The Ground

In this video I show you how to easily learn the B-twist on the trampoline. From there I show you how easy it is to take it to the ground because the air control is exactly the same. The only difference you make up for using the dip, jump and the kick of the back leg.

WHat helped me was the took. Make sure you look to initiate the twist.Also make sure you wrap the leg that isn't kicking.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. i knew i was capable to do it, i just didn't understand it. at first the way i was doing it was adding an extra 360, so i thought to myself this is impossible. so then i tried the landing on back thing. i did the same thing for learning the side flip, and i thought to my self, its like i'm doing a side flip, i must not be doing it right. until i realized the extra 180 to the 360 doesn't come in the spin, it is from the start. then i realized i have been able to do a b twist for a while, i just didn't realize it. it feels like a side flip, but looks way cooler.

Pull your arms in and you will spin faster. You also got to use your entire body to get air. Using your arms to get higher is also a good tip
