ive just been quoted 3000 to fix the rust on my E46 but it is nowhere near this level. Only problem is its definitely had Rust repair before so will that effect the method if the area rusting already had filler?

Great stuff! I was wondering how you guys tackled the inside rust near the battery? Same process as the fender?
Very similar, used a die grinder with a carbide and a right angle one with a standard grinding disc
Good quality content! I would suggest to improve the general lighting in the shop, I can barely see what you are doing.
