David, yes all probably true, but when the heat was at its hottest that day cometh the cometh the mighty sub. David Reidy had been a sub, who was just about hanging in there for most of the past five seasons, yet he came off the line and lashed over three great points, two of them from way out the field, while more expierianced Galway Players missed easier chances
@@peadarocoileain902 yes reidy was lethal every time he came off the bench.as usual connor cooney was very poor and he hasnt played well since the 2017 all ireland
Well when ye could not beat them without the twice Hurler of the year, Lynch, and Peter Casey their free scoring corner forward, I would not be sure ye will beat them this year either. Of course Kilkenny missed a far better chance. Gullane was practically on one leg, Hayes was injured in the lead up to the Final and was expected to last only about 20 minutes and Reidy was also carrying an injury that day as well, although he did come on. However no team deserves to be the one to stop us more, as ye have been the one side that have consistently put it to us, anytime we met in the past five years.
@Nicholas Jordan idk man I don’t think Galway deserved to be beaten there yes Limerick missed but Galway missed silly ones that were very scorable and would’ve been scores if they hadn’t missed those which they’d score on any other day they’d have beaten them
Great semi final with two great teams
I caught the ball behind the goals 35 minute after fintan Bourke shot went wide .made my day
Galway’s shooting has let them down too many times. They must average the most wides out of all teams
Sheedy interrupting Michael 😂
My da at 53:30 catching the ball, my ma next to him absolutely shocked!

Limerick are a great team but galway should have won ,they missed lots of very scorable points

Galway would have comfortably beaten Limerick if they hadn’t missed silly wides
