This video was very helpful, and it would be nice to also know what you did actually end up using for pa school. BTW I am also a respiratory therapist who got accepted into PA school. Can't wait to start in Spring 2022. Your videos are candid and helpful

Congrats!! I was wondering how useful you think the Ipad is for you? Do you think students could get away with typing notes on their laptop? Would definitely wanna buy the Ipad this Black Friday if needed lol!!

Sorry I didn’t respond I thought one for Black Friday😭 but i def LOVE my iPad but it’s not necessary. If you’re a typer then 100% just stick to that! I am a hand writer so the iPad made sense so I could write on slides and draw diagrams and stuff!

Where did you buy your lap top stand , not the holder. The one you use to that props up your lap top while you work on it. Thank you

I have a question! With your monitor, is your computer slower because I have heard that external monitors can slow down the speed? I plan on getting a monitor and would like to know thank you!

I have not noticed that at all actually! My computer runs the same connected or not to the monitor and has not slowed down since I got it!

Hi! Are you using the iPad 7th generation? If so, did you download notability and use the first-gen apple pencil with it? Can you please share how well it worked for you in terms of note-taking? I already have an iPad 7th generation and I'm wondering if it is good enough or if I really need to go for iPad pro.

Yes I use the 7th gen iPad with the 1st gen Apple Pencil to take notes. I chose this intentionally to be cost effective bc I already had a laptop so I didn’t feel I needed the other technology the iPad Pro offered! This set up is perfect for note taking, and yes I use notability.

@@SamKellyPA Thank you so much 😊 And for the laptop did you go for a MacBook pro or air, if you don’t mind sharing?

I’m deciding which iPad to purchase for PA school. Did you ever feel your iPad was too small for taking notes or studying? I’m not sure if I should buy a slightly bigger iPad or if the 10.2 inch will be fine. Thanks!
