Never spray paper cone speakers with compressed air. YOU WILL REGRET IT! Too little pressure will do nothing & a little too much pressure will rip the paper. Use a Swiffer Duster or whatever with very light pressure.
Nice job, I got a 30 watt twin speaker Livingstone I found at the rubbish dump. In the process of restoring it. The plan is to either make a separate head & speaker box like a mini stack or re design it to look like a ww2 military field radio/practice amp.
Sadly my amplifier pots don't look anything like that on the back, it's a square with some tiny holes and not this circle with the entrance where you can spray the contact cleaner...
No it isn’t; the act of cleaning one thing is the act of making another thing dirty; your cleaning supplies get dirty and so does the surrounding area and you. Being an adult is when nobody cleans up after you.

Your aversion to dirt is kind of creepy

WD-40 is not good to spray into your pots if you don't have anything alcohol drops would be better if you don't have any electrical contact cleaner.
Do you know the ohms on the speakers?
According to a wiring diagram from the tube store they’re 4ohms
