- Merry Christmas, everyone!
I'm so glad my new friend Abinandan asked if we can do a cover for Christmas, because it allowed me to record a song that I’ve grown up performing for so many years. And it’s extra special to me because there’s a Malayalam verse in there, too! We got a few other friends to join and help put this together, and now we finally get to share the finished product with you. :)
Regardless of your background or native language, I hope you’ll all enjoy this rendition of ours. Let the spirit of Christmas fill your hearts with love and joy for this season and all the rest!
Side note:
This Christmas Carol was originally written in Latin (“Adeste Fideles”) in the mid 1700s, later translated to English in the mid 1800s, and thereafter the additional translations (including Malayalam) came about.
