I'd argue the golden age went until the end of s13. Good story, comedy still held up, and best of all was that final scene. It was the masterful conclusion the show had earned itself.

it's funny how much easy I find it to write about things which are special to me, as opposed to things which aren't haha.

I agree that the Golden Age and best place to end was up to Season 10
Seasons 11-13, or the Chorus Trilogy definitely is a massive drop in quality from writing, to comedy, to villains, side characters, and especially to the fights. Most of the trilogy is poorly written and shows that Miles Luna can't do long form story telling as is shown in its failure with RWBY that squandered it's potential. Yeah he did the wonderful York memory moment in Season 10 but that shows he's best to sticking with small moments and not a whole story
So Chorus is the sudden shifting Silver Age up to I'd say Episode 4 of Season 14 before moving to the Dark Age that goes from Season 14 Episode 5 to Season 18
