How to prepare Mixed Torshi Liteh?
Mixed Torshi Liteh is a mixture of all kinds of seasonings, and you can eat this Torshi Liteh with meat dishes and all kinds of mixed rice and pasta.
Ingredients:
Cucumber Eggplant or Sweet Eggplant: 3 pcs
Carrot: 3 pcs
Turnip: 3 pcs
Beet: 2 pcs
Green beans: 150 g
Quince: 2 pcs
Celery: 150 g
Pomegranate seeds: 1 kg
Vinegar: 1 liter
Garlic: 10 cubes
Salt: to the required amount
Turmeric: 1 tbsp
Scented vegetables (tarragon, peppermint, basil, and celery): 250 g
