That's so true when you said.... Young generation knows they don't want to do what their parents did but they don't know exactly what they need to do in their life...
Rajiv: I will give you an example of Motherson Group. The CMD has entered his son in this big group by giving a small role and now after 15 years he is not even given full access in business and he is learning. I remember, he used to serve water to the employees in the annual function of the company.
@@Rajiv.Talreja A lot of them actually the best being if 2nd generation is clear on what they want to do, let them do it. The bigger part I believe of this is eventuality they will join the 1st generation biz, irrespective their ventures turn successful or not.
We have well settled family business of diamond manufacturing that is very huge and I have joined 3 years ago and after 1 year I have started different company for jewellery. jewellery company is very small compared to the diamond company so everyone is saying why I am paying more attention to a very small jewellery company even though I have a giant company to focus on so I want to ask you what is your opinion should I focus on the existing company or focus on expanding new jewellery company
I am 20 year old Male about to be 21 soon. My dad has a family business and i dont wanna join but still i go to the office. i am not feeling fine doing an unfurnished business that involves managing the labour a lot also we cannot automate it. Its more of a 7-7 job with high returns. I'll finishing with my distant Undergrad by next year. And i am super confused of what is to be done in my current situation.

They will eventually get to know what they need to do, when they get more exposure. Don't you think so?
