They used to have the “honey I shrunk the kids” play area. I remember the giant blades of grass and ant!
That area was so cool as a kid!

Totally agree with your sentiment at the end! I actually liked Covid Disney where I didn’t have genie+ times to get to because it was easier to enjoy the moments but I hate waiting in line so it is what it is! lol
Same. My first trip back and with my son was early 2022. Aside from not being able to hug characters, it was so awesome and hardly any waiting.

When we went I didnt really care if we went to HS or not but it became my second favorite park.
The atmosphere there is just so fun!!
🎥 i petitioned my husbands family to do Epcot instead of HS because of the playground situation ( he’ll be 18 months when we go ) and I lost out. I’ve been frustrated about it, but seeing yall adapt and pivot with changes is giving me some hope!
It's tough but can be done! Finding those out of the way spots for them to get wiggles out is key.
As a AP out of state it was great you showing what it really can be when those rides go down at HS. Good to see alternative plans that park can be more challenging than others for those times with my toddler

My kids (and me, who am I kidding 😂) take ages with any transition, so I'm impressed with that. 😜 Question: isnt the Disney Junior Dance Party another place where littles can get their wiggles out at HS? I havent been yet, but that's on our must-do list.

It was wild for a bit! I would get out there an hour before early entry starts if you want to be towards the front of the line to get into Studios.

It all depends on the day and how busy. This day we walked up five minutes before showtime and got a great seat.

Do you still use your finger to get into the parks for Lucy? I’m going with my 4 year old this month and not sure if it’s still easier/allowed for me to use my finger when we scan into the park.
