💜this is fantastic!! Ok super random video idea or reel idea- items that frequently set off security that people might not think of, umbrellas, battery packs, phone tripod, etc. I think that would be super helpful
Yes!! I've never seen anyone make that video, I had no idea it was a thing until I was day 4 of our Disney trip. The security told me to just keep things like fans etc on the stroller and not in the diaper bag to avoid bag searches beeping.
@@thepixiedustedmom I am having my grandchildren to Disney soon and was trying to find the link for the handle for the children to hold if they want to walk and the link takes me to carabiner not they child hold handle can you please let me know where you got that handle - thank you
Not planning to take my son to Disney until he is 8 (and coming all the way from New Zealand). He is still a baby now but I love watching your videos! Maybe it's just me living vicariously and missing when I used to live and work at WDW
We just came back from Disney with 3 kids under 6. (many adults) You make it look so easy. whatever you don't expect, always happens. It was great fun but it keeps you hopping! It would have been much harder if i hadn't watched your videos on what to pack thanks so much My glasses case was causing the alarm to go off. so watch for that too.💜💜
💜once you master the disney stroller you truly feel like you're a superhero! We rented a city mini gt from Orlando strollers our first year and immediately bought one when we got home. On to our 2nd kid and we consider ourselves stroller PROS. It's so gratifying lol
💜 We’re a Disneyland family and I truly enjoy your videos! I watch them every time we’re preparing to go with our 2 year old to Disneyland! Love your content! 😊
💜Love your stroller set up videos! We bought so many Mickey hooks for our next trip because we had used two on our last and they made is so easy to hang stuff from the stroller, we even used one to hang our souvenirs from in their shopping bags from the top loop of the diaper bag when we were heading onto the monorail.
💜💜 Just 3 days until Disney for us! Our youngest daughter is 8 so we are renting a stroller this time for Epcot/Magic Kingdom day on Wednesday. Love the idea of using a few of her glow sticks to mark our stroller for night time. Brilliant!! ✨✨ Thank you!!
Love the stroller tour 💜💜 I have been missing Disney so I went back to the beginning of your channel and have been rewatching all your adventures! Thanks for being my Disney bestie even though we don’t know each other 😂
As your kids get a bit older, you might want a sit and stand stroller. We brought one when we stayed at Pop because the whole point of staying there was to not have to fold up the stroller so much 😜 but the Sit & Stand makes it easy for the kids to get in and out.
💜going on a solo Disney trip with my 2.5 year old in Aug. I've had a lot of anxiety with traveling alone with her, especially to Disney, but your videos have been super helpful. Also, hello neighbor! Nashville native here :)
💜 I found your channel recently and I am taking ALL of the notes and adding so much to our Amazon lists! Thank you for providing such informative videos!! Also, loving the vlogs as well!
💜 another great video. I’m headed to Disney next month with two kids but we will have a sit and stand stroller. I love that Mickey clip to hold water bottles!
💜 thanks so much for the content! We have a very similar set up with our City Select Lux stroller. We have two of the Mickey side sling bags and we keep all of our rain gear in the in case anyone is running low on under storage space!
Thanks so much for the tips I’m really debating taking my vista double stroller on my next trip you make it look so easy! 😂 sending you lots of love ❤❤❤
💜 we live in cali and have recently become key holders. This was so helpful because the double stroller we have now is big and bulky, we are on the hunt for a better stroller.
Our bottom of the stroller looks just like this with the crumbs and popcorn and whatever random other elseness lol also I have the Vista too but I didn't know they sold the cover for the bottom!
💜 always impressed with how you manage all the stuff and bags. I think my carabiner needs tk be bigger to accommodate a popcorn bucket and all the water bottles. Great ideas as always! Also, the diaper bag is a jujube "super be" and ive always wanted one but never wanted to spend the money on it hahah
💜Planning a Disney Trip for summer. I have a 6, 4, and 2 year old. Taking My Double for the 4 and 2 year old. But cant decide if I should rent a bob for the 6 year old. Idk if navigating 2 strollers for Disney might be a bit much for my husband and I😅
💜 so many great tips Do you like the hooks for the diaper bag or the mickey clip. You used to use the clip to hold it on and I usually do it that way. Wondering if clips are easier ?
💜since we’re in the judgment-free zone, is it ok if I still want to take my stroller when my youngest kid no longer needs it🤦🏼♀️🤣. I mean he’s 3 so we’ve got a while but I know I’ll miss having it to haul our stuff lol.
We take the bottom seat off when gate checking. If checking a stroller with multiple pieces like this ALWAYS get a tag for each piece incase the airline takes it apart.
💜💜💜 Ashley what about two single strollers? Pros/cons? Thought it could be helpful if one child is napping and stays behind with one parent. Have you done this before?
Lol so i did disney last year and couldnt justify spending $ on the extra seat for my vista so i put uppers on the top seat for my 2yr old and had my 4 yr old sitting directly in the basket below with a pillow against the bar 😂 everyone was complementing my 2 child stroller 🤣
We’re in SoCal and I have to say the worst part of strollers is figuring out how to organize it, so that the stupid thing doesn’t tip over! As soon as the kids jump out, the stroller falls back. Especially if you rent one. I’m honesty considering getting a mini weight to attach to the front.
I love this!!! But now I have a totally off topic yet on topic question… At 1:30 I saw baby Bella in the top toddler seat fully reclined with Lucy on the bottom in the rumble seat. Are you telling me there’s enough room to completely recline the toddler seat on top and still just use the rumble seat on the bottom? This is the only option I have found for putting small baby top and bigger kid on the bottom (all the other configurations have bassinet on the bottom and toddler on the top 🙄)
@@thepixiedustedmomyay! This might actually convince me to buy the rumble seat then. There was no good insight online about the toddler seat with the snug seat on top and the rumble seat on the bottom. Thanks!!
Are you able to fold stroller and take on the bus? Or do you have to take the seats out? We did disney world for the first time last year and they made us take the seats out and everything, we have the same stroller as you.
Do you leave the items in the bottom of your stroller at all times like the tote bag? Have you ever had issues with people stealing from your stroller? I’m worried about leaving bags on my stroller when we go in October
Do they make a version of this stroller that is single and then you can add the second seat in the future if necessary? Or do you have any single stroller recommendations? :)
Yes, we purchased it as a single stroller with Lucy and then when Bella came along we added the second seat. This was one of the biggest reasons we purchased this one to begin with.
The items in the center have a button flap to hold them in. Cups just go back into the cupholders of the diaper bag or on the mickey hook I shared in the video.
What carrying case/bag do you use when flying with your UPPABaby double stroller? We leave for Disney in a month and I have no idea how to fly and fit the Double Seat Mockingbird into one travel bag. How do you take down your UPPABaby double? Or what item do you use to store the stroller and its 2 seats?
We actually don't use a travel bag for our stroller and always travel with both seats. Just be sure to grab a gate check tag for each piece just incase they separate to make it lighter to carry.
💜 I think I might have already commented on this but I didn't see my comment so I apologize if this is a duplicate... As your kids get older do you think you'll be switching to take a side-by-side stroller more? And if so which one?
We took this stroller since we were staying at a Skyliner resort (we can push it on without needing to fold it) but usually our go-to is the Joovy RS2 for now
Thanks Ashley! That's what I thought from your videos. Have you ever thought about taking a double BOB or do you think it would be too annoying to fold up on buses? Currently debating taking my joovy caboose ultralight that has a sit or stand feature for my 5 1/2 year old, or if we should rent from Kingdom strollers. We would rent either the double BOB or the double City mini GT.
