Good looking turkey! I have been waiting for a wireless thermometer that can measure food and ambient temp simultaneously. Just ordered one using your link. Hopefully you get credit. I will report back on how I like the thermometer.
Would like to order one of those thermometer, i love cooking even in the winter! So you know what I mean, for my cooking! I know you got that 100° out there, but here in Jersey, it gets COLD! But I cook in it also, I've figure out how to cook a turkey in the winter, and yeah I use a drum too! That brine looks good too!
From your Australian brother from another mother, looks amazing mate, unfortunately for us here downunder turkey is only available once a year at Xmas time, love the look of this tho
Arnie how much is it for that drum? Like it. Text me all the info. And the price! But one at a time, first the ingredients for those delicious faieta, faieta , and the brine for the turkey! 😊😂 by the way, I go by 🐻 Teddy 🐻!
I'm confused. The turkey looks great but you said the thighs were at 168 and 164. USDA says turkey thighs are safely cooked at 165. Just curious on the reason you're going higher than that. Thanks for any info in advance.
Hey with those silicon bbq gloves, they have these grey plastic round things on the wrists. Never seen anything like that, does anyone know what it is?
Oh yeah a Is thermometer with a battery while using heat. What could go wrong? Is maybe poisoning!! I wouldn't use that if I was paid to use it. Are you that A great?
gorgeous finish on the turkey 🍁🍂🍁
Delicious looking turkey, Arnie. But I'm interested in your Drum Smokers. What brand are they?
Great looking turkey at what temperature did you maintain through the cook and what temperature did you take the bird off the smoker? Thank You

Your turkey looks very tender and came out to be a juicy bird. 🦃
When will you smoke a spiral ham next? 🐖
Maybe even injecting a raw ham to smoke in the pit. 🔥🪵
What was that last seasoning pollo de something?
Thank you for the great information ❤❤❤
I tried to smoke a turkey once but the feathers kept tearing the rolling papers.
And the best part, turkey tacos...
Why didn’t you show the dark meat? Was it red still?
This turkey looks better than your other dryd up turkey video...😂😂
money!! great job bro!!
How many lbs was your bird?
I like the smoked turkey, but whats the best way to make gravy, since you lose the drippings?
We remove the dark meat and just smoke the breast, then roast the dark meat in the oven for the gravy. Love smoked turkey but have to have the gravy.
Giblets/neck
And where can I get a bear like the one that you have that you cook the turkey
Beautiful ❤❤❤
After watching your video of the smoked turkey in the drum, I have to ask what pit barrel drum do you recommend or use?
Thanks

I had the same question
@@LongCucumber it seems like the thighs got there because he had to get the breast temp where he needed it and it took a little longer
170+ is ideal for thighs to maximize the tenderness of the dark meat
The link for the INT-11P-B says it is not available.
Has anyone ever said you look like Luigi :)
What was the total cook time on this turkey?

How come hyspanics don't eat lamb/mutton?
Arnie for Governor
Please let me eat Thanksgiving with you, I will leave my family behind if I can eat that bird 😂

Arnie can u smoke my 🦃..it looks delicious 👏..
Get real. You now you've ate a wiener or 2. To get sick from just eating meat is stupid. Meat is the reason we humans have the teeth we do.
Shout Out @ArnieTex #Happy Thanksgiving 2023🙏🏻 #Keep The Smoke Light And Make It Work👊🏼
