What does one do with the constant anxiety, anhedonia, low-drive, etc. Nothing seems worth it and everything feels like nothing. Without drive, motivation and enjoyment life is completely pointless no matter what you do. You do your best to work and improve but nothing that matters changes, your environment might but your inside doesn't and so nothing matters and life still sucks.
