the amount of time in time stop is the amount of time you can spend moving so if you have a 5 second time stop, you get 5 seconds of movement talking or standing still does not take up this time you could have a 500 second monologue but only walk for 5 seconds
Dude it's literally because they need to explain to us what's happening, so when jotaro is having monologue that is just a way for araki to explain what's happening/what jotaro is thinking

Its funny because pucci could've died 3 times before reaching heaven. Twice from jotaro and once from jolyne, but pucci's advantage always revolve around one of them saving the other. Pucci made jotaro choose between killing him or letting his daughter die, same with jolyne when pucci threw jotaro's disc into anausui's dying body when he was back into a corner. It shows pucci was not invincible villain, but rather a cunning and resourceful one, extorting their only weakness to gain the upper hand and win. Too bad emporio wasn't a Joestar and had nothing to lose, but had the courage of one leading to pucci's death.

Nope... Imo i think due to time acceleration she wouldn't have the time to create the infinite thingy because of how knives flew at jotaro's last time stop, she would've died instantly there
