Could you explain when you can start harvesting from newly setup cultures? How often to harvest from a single cultures?
Also how often you do water changes for them and % of water replace?

you can harvest it 3 to 4 days it depends how many your starter is..for me i harvested it every other day... just observe your culture make that it is not over crowded

for me i do not change the water.. most important is you you gave them exact amount of foods that they consume it with in 12hrs.. so that your water will not be contaminated...if the water getting old or contaminated that is the end of your culture change to new one.
