Preparing for a viewing when the head is gone

This week's video discusses a confronting subject, but it is heartening to know that even in such extreme circumstances, a family has the opportunity to say their final goodbyes and gain some closure at a viewing, without adding to the trauma of a sudden death.
Tracy and others in her field see horrific things that the rest of us couldn't even imagine, handling it with dignity and respect while preserving their own mental health.
