Crazy how modern basketball shoes have been made to either comfort running shoes or performance running shoes with added basketball traction. Remember those days when Leandro Barbosa prefer to play in running shoes on court for his play style or European players playing with indoor soccer shoes to get that on court feel before Kobe shoes where Kobe took inspiration from indoor soccer shoes.
Got them both. Mid is better for ball. Traction, comfort, lockdown one if the best shoe i ever used but very HEAVY as in. Low is a takedown. Little bit hard cushion, traction same but the heelslippage is the worst! I will just used them for lifestyle. Mid for gym.
You would assume the low tops would be way more lighter due to swapping the density of the foam with light boost than jet boost. They are about the same. Mid top is the better bang for your buck for basketball. Tongue has the bungee attachments so shoe feels more locked and secured in your foot compared to the low tops feel more lose from the ankle and maybe lighter with that light boost but mids more responsive with jet boost and bouncier.
