Really depends on tons of different factors. I would need to know a lot more about your current fitness levels, lifestyle, obligations, etc. to provide even a somewhat reasonable answer. I don't think it'll help much, but for some people it may not hurt. For others it may detract from progress. The intensity continues to ramp up as the program goes, and I'm much more of a quality>quantity guy.

Will adding in non impact cardio to 2/5 mile run plan be beneficial, and if so what’s the most you can do without overdoing it?
