Nice built. There are a few people around where i live repping PB stickers on their cars. They all sounded pretty good. Bass is bass no matter what brand. Lol.
My sister use to have 2 of those 12s with a Powerbass 900 watt amp and they hit kinds hard. And i used her Powerbass 900 watt amp to push 2 Kicker CVR 15s and that amp was a lil beast.
I have 550 wat sub in my 84 Chevy c10 and the bass is pretty crazy for the money Im thinking about getting another box sub the exact same one that I already have
I know I’m 2 years late to the video but I was thinking about getting 2 Powerbass S series 12s. Would you say these subs are better than others on sound or is there a different company you prefer? I would also like to do 2 12s on around 500 watts
I got a pair of Jbl speakers. The rms power of each speakers is 70 watt at 4 ohm. If i connect these two speakers in parallel the total rms will be 140 watt at 2 ohm. And i have an amplifier which gives 200 watt rms at 2 ohm per channel. Is this right way to connect speakers to the amplifier and on the other two channels can be bridged to run subwoofer. Am i right about this whole thing or wrong? Please provide your valuable suggestion.
simple answer, you have it right ish. It sounds like you are talking about a two channel amp. if this is so, what your saying would work but would only provide mono on the pair of speakers( not optimal). this would be very odd and iv never seen it done and would not do this. other problems my arise with regard to signaling and crossovers. However if your talking about a 4channel then you could take two pairs of his and mids paralleled down to 2ohms( for example right side of car r channel and left L chanel) this would take 2 of your 4 channels. The remaining two channels could then be bridged affectingly creating a three channel amp. hope this helps. bring on the questions
Good looking enclosure! Those PBX are pretty solid subs for the money from my experience.
