    Dips are my favorite upper body exercise, especially weighted dips. It's the best chest and tricep exercise

      either he has one of the best genetics in bodybuilding or he isn't natty. I'm guessing it's a combination of both. He's an amazing dude but you don't get traps like that without steroids.

    You can also lean forward even more by tucking your knees to your chest. This brings your torso to near parallel and it almost becomes a chest press. Once your chest reaches failure you can drop your legs and push a few more reps out with your triceps.

      Exactly the opposite. Leaning forward saves your shoulders. Staying upright puts shoulders in danger.

    But doesn’t chest dips work the triceps anyway since the arms are still bent in a 90 degree angle even if you lean your body forward

      @@GabrielHoffman-rb1bs your arms bend to 90 degrees on a bench press but the prime mover it still your chest. The tricep always works during pressing movements, but in this case, you can bias one vs the other depending on how you hit it. Similar to how you can do a close grip bench press for more tricep activation.

      @@GabrielHoffman-rb1bs when you’re upright with a narrow grip on a dip for example, the main movement is elbow extension which is what focuses the triceps. When you lean over with a wider grip, the focus switches to horizontal adduction of the arm which is the main function of your pecs. Hope that helps!
